Executive Administrative Assistant – Atlantic Business Interiors

We are currently seeking a professional Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.  We are looking for the “right person” that will fit in with our existing team, he/she will possess a positive attitude, a friendly demure, excellent multi-tasking skills, strong leadership skills, a high-attention to detail and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The EAA will provide both personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well organized and timely manner.  He/she will bring previous experience and confidence in supporting the CEO and the Senior Executive Management team.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business administration or relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Executive Administrative support or similar role required
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Customer service oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and sense of urgency
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple calendars
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Multitasking and managing changing priorities
  • Some administrative experience in both IT and telephone systems
  • Experience in travel/event organization is an asset
