ABI is currently seeking a Workplace Consultant to join their team in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
This is a full-time permanent onsite position.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Workplace Consultant is ideally a detail-oriented individual with a passion for business development and interior design. This individual will connect with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to create inspiring workplaces.
Accountabilities:
- A high level of business development activity, including networking and meetings with prospects to find new leads and opportunities.
- Determine client’s workplace issues and find efficient solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients and discover new opportunities.
- Support our clients and partners by quickly fulfilling their requests.
- Participate in sales meetings and training.
- Participate in networking opportunities and industry conferences and events.
- Study and understand the latest offerings and research.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Valued Competencies:

- Self-motivated with positive energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Focused attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of urgency.

- Ability to work under pressure with short lead times and deadlines.
- Occasional travel required.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience in the Office Furniture industry will be considered an asset.
- Design experience would be an asset.
