Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing Business Development Representative to join our team in New Brunswick.

As our ideal candidate, you will be a natural extravert with a genuine drive to network, meet potential clients, and actively seek out new opportunities that will help ABI grow. You’ll serve as our key point of contact for building partnerships and bringing new business into the company.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business growth by proactively seeking out and meeting potential clients, building new relationships, and creating opportunities for ABI to expand its market presence.
  • Network constantly and build long-lasting relationships with industry professionals, clients, and potential partners.
  • Identify new projects, engage with prospects, and position ABI as the ideal partner.
  • Meet and exceed quotas for new business growth and revenue.
  • Present ABI’s solutions to clients in a compelling, persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to always have an edge when approaching new business.

  • Experience in the furniture, real estate, construction, or similar industries is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, passionate commitment to excellence, and a desire to exceed client expectations.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a bonus.
  • Must be a current resident of New Brunswick.
